Questions
What is free, exactly?
Uploading your resume, the profile read from it, the resume rating and writing checks, the application tracker, and your top three matches. All of it stays free, with no time limit.
Can I tailor for free?
Yes, with your own model. Add an Anthropic key, an OpenAI key or the address of a server you run under Settings, and tailoring costs no documents on any plan. You pay your provider instead, usually a few cents a job.
What counts as one document?
One job: its suggested resume edits, its cover letter, and the download. Generating again for the same job is free. A document is taken only after the model has answered, never for a failed call.
Do documents expire?
No. Buy five now and use the last one next year.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Manage billing opens the billing portal. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and Settings shows that date. Documents you bought stay yours.
Who takes the payment?
Polar, our merchant of record, on its own secure page: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Polar issues the invoice and adds VAT or sales tax where it applies. Your card details never reach this site.
What about autofill and auto-apply?
They are being built. Pro includes both when they ship, at no extra cost; the price of Pro will not change for existing subscribers when they arrive.
